And that means that YOU DESERVE 1 HOUR OF TIME FOR SOLELY YOURSELF.
These classes invite you to explore your internal terrain - allowing space to reflect, check in and prioritize YOU.
When you show up for yourself - ultimately EVERYBODY wins
You become more equipped to show up for others in deeper quality when your heart is full.
Yoga classes are now offered on Monday & Thursday evenings.
Classes are limited to 3 individuals, YOU MUST RESERVE A SPOT TO ATTEND ANY CLASSES DUE TO LIMITED SPOTS.
These classes are for those who want to:

→ calm their nervous system
→ learn grounding techniques
→ practice yoga through low impact movement
→ develop a mind body connection
→ strengthen their intuition
→ RELAX & soften (time to step outside of survival mode)

I have designed these classes to weave movement with grounding techniques and meditation visualizations.
Payment Options:
$30 drop in - OR - purchase a yoga class package that includes four 60 minute classes at a discounted rate of $95.
→ If you purchase the package YOU ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY ADDED INTO A CLASS.
→ Please purchase your package THEN proceed by reserving your spot for one of the offered classes. At check out when reserving your spot use your personalized package code that was emailed to you to avoid paying the drop in fee.
BEFORE YOU COME IN FOR YOUR CLASS PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW TO HELP ANSWER ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS:
All classes are held at 21 S. Main St, Clarkston MI 48346, unless noted otherwise.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION:
→ Hydrate by drinking at least 8 oz of water before your appointment
→ You are encouraged to avoid caffeine 2 hours prior
→ It is always recommended to dress comfortable or just come as you are(:
→ Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to allow you time to use the bathroom, fill out an informed consent if needed and to relax into the environment.
PARKING:
Parking can be found for free on the street front - or - in Depot Park/Mill Pond Parking for a small fee you pay at a kiosk. Parking is only one dollar per hour after 4 PM Monday through Friday, Saturday: 11 AM to 9 PM. Other times including Sundays and holidays are free
WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga Mat
- Water
- Any other preferred yoga tools - Petra will provide yoga blocks
- Pillow, eye pillow or blanket for Savasana if preferred <3
- A form of payment if you have not prepaid or purchased yoga package.
