Meet the Creatress
inhale... exhale...
Hello Beautiful
My name is Petra, pronounced as ( PAY-truh ) but many of my friends call me “P”.

Stepping into my role as a healing arts practitioner and advocate for authentic expression began when I was 11.
Crazy right? I know.
Big shout out to my mumma who registered her and I for a reiki level l certification at that age. I don't remember a whole lot from that experience but I remember how it felt to feel directed energy...
Visually seeing colors when my eyes were closed, feeling a different depth of warmth, the tangibility of something that is nearly unexplainable with words.
It was as if my body naturally understood how to decipher this deep sense of inner "knowing," compromising all reason and logic.
Is there more to life than what meets the eye?
Are there things that contribute heavily to the creation of our realities that pure matter could never be responsible for?
Taking weekly intuitive exercise classes from an incredible psychic medium MaryAnn Grant, I was given the opportunity to strengthen my abilities to "see" and "hear" with my minds eye from a very young age.
At age 15 I then took reiki level ll, practicing more consistently on myself and my loved ones..
(yes this means my pets as well ehe)
Branching Out
At the age of 17 I started to see my first clients, working out of my mothers now established holistic wellness office, Journey To Health Chakra.
This was extremely confronting but also liberating.
Learning how to effectively be a guide in a healing space where people feel the most vulnerable.
Trusting my intuition even when my mind tries to discredit the sensations and downloads I was receiving.
Learning how to use my voice and open dialogue with clients to help them digest their reiki experience.

I started to become obsessed with my love for helping others elevate themselves and step into their roles as fully expressed and embodied beings. Truly reveling in the joy of others, seeing someone succeed was like celebrating my own success. Witnessing someone find freedom and fulfillment in their life after a long drought of emptiness and frustration will never get old.

Growing
As high school came to an end I was faced with a decision we all are constantly pressured to know.
"What do you want to be when you grow up?"
I laugh at how silly it is to ask someone so young what it is what they want to do with their life when they have barely grasped the concept of life as it is.
All I knew is that I wanted to feel free.
So rather than going to college right away I took a gap year to travel, go to festivals, soak up the sun and play in a way I have always felt drawn to.
Naturally, I wanted to try college just to say I gave it a go before completely giving it the boot so as 2018 neared completion I decided to try.
Mudita
Pronounded: "moo-dee-tah"
Signifies the joy one feels for the good fortune and happiness of others
Thank You Intuition
My journey took me to Northern Michigan University in Marquette, MI. Truly my home away from home now. I attended school there for only a short semester but I swear to this day the only reason I went to school up there was to refine the friendships I already had - and make new ones that will last lifetimes.
Follow me for just a minute...
I met my absolute soulmate in best friend form. It is to this day one of the most platonically romantic and beautiful things that I have been blessed with. Let me ooze in love over this story because it goes to show how intuition and divine timing is everything.
It was my first house party being a young 18 year old Petra. The party was in an old house with a dirty basement floor and me being the little forest faery that I am, went barefoot. EW I KNOW... but that's how I was and am to this day.
(I promise that point is important)
As the party goes on there was a group of guys and girls that caught my eye which had me instantly obsessively thinking about how cool they were and how I wanted to be their friends. Of course I didn't say anything though because hellloooo - I took a gap year, so they probably already knew each other. The only way we got invited to that party was because we knew someone who had been going to school at Northern already.
Anyways - I look down, and one of the girls is also completely barefoot like me while literally everyone else had shoes on.
You bet I was starry eyed.
Fast forward to that week I had a friend I met at orientation come up to me and tell me to come to this club called "Love Club," it was a group that talked about philosophical concepts, meditated, practiced yoga on top of other cool things at the time.
While I was there I met a beautiful girl named Lauren. She now goes by LoLo or Ice Queen per myself LOL - we now are super close and she's within my inner orbit of soulmates but the story doesn't end there.
We start talking and I offered to balance her chakras (here comes my reiki skills into play LOL)
When I went to Laurens dorm room to hold a reiki chakra balance session for her, in walks the girl who was barefoot from the house party. The girl I was completely starry eyed over. Lo and behold she was telling her friends that there was some elf girl walking around campus and needed to find out who she was... and that elf girl was apparently me.
"Okay Petra so you met someone cool lol? Whats your point?"
My point is you cannot rush perfection. You cannot rush divinity or divine timing. YOU ARE EXACTLY where you are meant to be and you are supposed to have these urges to expand and grow because you're now ready to fully step into that role of empowerment. If you tried to do what you are doing now as an older version of you it may have not stuck because you didn't want it bad enough yet. Just because other people are not doing the things you are doing doesn't mean that anyone is wrong. We are all on our own trajectories and journeys. There is no such thing as being "behind" in life. When you feel behind it is because you are comparing yourself to someone else's journey.
If you were meant to identically follow someones foots steps, you would have been born as them... not YOU.

We are constantly redirected in life to end up in places and situations that shape us into who we are meant to become. Moving through trials and tribulations, achievements and successes all to step further into our deepest authenticity. We meet the people we are meant to meet when we need them most. We are meant to end up in places when we most need to. We experience fortunate and unfortunate situations to strengthen our conviction in the moments we need it most.
Yes I Dropped Out of College
During my semester long experience at college I remember this moment when I realized I didn't feel passionate about what I was currently pursuing. So naturally as one does, I hopped on google and started googling yoga teacher trainings across the world. I was sitting in a study hall with a few friends and rather than typing an essay that was due in my biology class I was finding what was about to become my next adventure. I landed on a school in Bali called "Sacred Paths Yoga." Texting my mom immediately I told her I wanted to go to Bali and pursue teaching yoga. (I have been personally practicing for a few years at this point.) She said well, if this is something you really want to do then let's make it happen.
And I did.
I dropped out. Worked through the summer of 2019, paid for my YTT and left for a plane ride across the world to the Island of the Gods at 19 years old, following a dream that only I could hear my heart whisper for.

Just because you didn't grow up learning about energy and how to anchor into your body doesn't mean that you are behind. Your intuitive abilities are available to you anywhere anytime. To live an intuitive life is to step into your authenticity and truly live for the joy of yourself and the joy of creating a life that gives back to you. Something I've realized through my years is that no matter when you embark on your soulful embodiment journey, your dream life will come rushing in the moment you invite it. Your dreams are DREAMING of YOU just as you are dreaming of them. Opening your heart to be guided by an unexplainable loving force will always point you in a direction that leads to your highest success and that my love is what I am here to help you with.
I wasnt in an intuitive class with only 15 year olds. I was in intutive classes with men and women from ages 25-80. People who just started to notice there is more to life. People realizing these whispers from their heart matter and they want to learn HOW to hear them more clearly. People who just learned what the word intuition and people who are there seeking deeper knowledge about themselves after years of dissatisfaction.
its not about waiting for life to happen, waiting for things to finally go your way, waiting to feel like you're finally at that age. Its about deciding YOU are happening. choosing yourself and choosing the possibility that you are worthy of more.
Its NEVER too late to start. Its NEVER too late to choose YOU. Its never too late to rewrite your script.
Life is happening NOW. There is no perfect time than the present.
Sometimes we wait until the internal pressure builds to the point of exploding because we had to want the change so bad we finally stick to devoting to ourselves to create that change.
There is no half ass decision making. No half ass devotion.
You may be thinking...
- "Okay so HOW do I step into my authenticity?
- "HOW do I ACTUALLY practice soulful embodiment?"
Through my own trials and tribulations I now get to use this platform to take everything I have learned on my personal journey, simplify those lessons, and share the juicy bits of knowledge with YOU. My deepest wish is for you to learn how to become the energetic alchemist of your own life. I’ll show you multiple different ways to cultivate mindfulness practices that help you balance work, play and rest so you don't feel like you have to sacrifice the things that bring you joy in life.
Because you really CAN have it all. It's not about choosing this OR that... but knowing you can have this AND that.

May you find a place of belonging here in the Soulful Embodiment space where:
- no dream is too big
- your unique intricacies are celebrated
- balance of work, play and rest is prioritized
- you’re empowered to become your own healer
- we REFUSE to compare our journeys to others
- we learn to strengthen and trust our intuition
