Welcome to The Glowing Goddess Series

A series that takes you on a 30 day journey to becoming unrecognizable. 

Are you ready to embrace your inner goddess glow? Keep reading to learn about everything you need to know for the next few weeks.

Over the course of the next 30 days, each post from the Soulful Embodiment socials will be linked right here at the bottom of this page. These posts will provide inspiration, motivation or knowledge to help you fully maximize your experience as you move through the Glowing Goddess series. This series is designed in 3 phases: 

  • The Reflection Phase
  • The Integration Phase
  • The Refining Phase 

 

The Reflection Phase:

Your first task is to answer the provided journal prompts below in steps 1-5, answering the prompts covers the reflection phase. Please note that step number 6 is supplemental and you will use those questions to keep you accountable to your 30 day end goal.

 

The Integration Phase:

Using your discoveries from the journal prompts in the reflection phase, you will begin to integrate the things that amplify your energy and are aligned with your end goal in mind while simultaneously minimizing the things that distract and deter you from your goal. This phase significantly makes up the majority of the Glowing Goddess series, in order to step into your dream life you are required to make new choices and actions to create new outcomes.

 

The Refining Phase:

Each week, you will review and re-answer the prompts from step 2 and step 3. Remember that step 6 is to help you remain on course and align back into the thinking mind of the version of you who has already embodied your set intention. Think of this phase as a process of "polishing" and further cultivating your dream life/self. There is always room for improvement but also take time to celebrate the work you put in the previous week.

  • What did you learn about yourself?
  • What "wins" did you have?
  • What things are you proud of yourself for?
  • What frustrated you? 
  • What inspired you?

I know how it feels to want someone to fall into your life and fix everything that you're not happy with, but there is no actual knight in shining armor aside from yourself! 

If you want to see change in your life, that responsibility alone falls on you.

To make your expansion journey as effortless as possible I have formulated 6 easy to follow steps that will take you from feeling stale, stuck and mundane to unrecognizable, empowered and THRIVING in only 30 days.

All you have to do is show up FULLY and AUTHENTICALLY.

Be as honest with yourself as possible, your future is riding on your ability to recognize where there is dysfunction in your life so you can make the proper adaptations and modifications <333

Remember babe, you were truly meant to SHINE.

 

THE GUIDE:

STEP 1 - Set an intention

STEP 2 - Clarity

STEP 3 - Boundaries

STEP 4 - Your “WHY”

STEP 5 - Who are they?

STEP 6 - Be.

 

STEP 1- Set an intention.

• Where do you want to see yourself in 30 days?

• How do you want to FEEL?

• What dream(s) would you like to turn into a reality over the course of the next 30 days?

 

Answer the two questions above in your journal, it is important this is done handwritten on paper.

Get as descriptive as possible! This is your end 30 day goal you are creating, what would absolutely rock your world if it came true? You want to make sure that your goal pushes the boundaries of your comfort zone but not to the point it feels paralyzing to face. Your job right now isn't to figure out "HOW" you are going to get there but to plant the seed you will begin to nurture.

 

Think of an intention like a fundamental pillar of life!

• Intention is where the motion of manifestation begins

• It is a way for you to set a clear direction for yourself and the Universal helping hands

• Intentions are also to be used as a REFERENCE when making decisions and choices in your life, they help keep you accountable

 

STEP 2 - Clarity.

• What/who amplified my energy in the past 30-60 days?

• What/who drained my energy in the past 30-60 days?

 

The idea is to get clear on what worked for you and what didn't work for you in past several months!

You have to know where you’re starting to know where you’re going.

Answer the prompts above in your journal.

 

EXAMPLE PROMPT ANSWERS

1.) What/who amplified my energy?

• Meditating in the morning

• Going for my evening walk

• Talking to my friends

 

2.) What/who drained my energy?

• Saying “yes” when I wanted to say “no”

• Drinking alcohol

• Not giving myself enough time to get ready in the morning

 

(Get as specific as possible)

 

STEP 3 - Boundaries.

• Where in your life are you accommodating for people, places and things that do not fully fill up your cup, if at all?

 Answer the prompt in your journal.

 

REMINDER: Your energy is currency.

Where you are investing your energy is where you will receive outcomes. Put your energy toward things that will bring sustainable happiness.

 

STEP 4 - Your “WHY.”

• What is one thing you can prioritize in the following 30 days that will help amplify your energy? This can be an act of self care or something you choose from your list in step 2.

Answer the prompt in your journal.

 

LETS DIG DEEPER…

• WHY is devoting to this one thing important?

• What are the CONSEQUENCES of remaining the same/not showing up for yourself? (example: One consequence of remaining the same means waking up a year from now wishing I started sooner.)

• How can you guarantee that you will show up for this said thing? How can you make this fool proof and effortless? (example: lay out your workout clothes the night before or leave your journal next to your bed for immediate morning brain dump if your goal is to journal more)

 

Answer the prompts in your journal.

 

STEP 5 - Who are they?

• WHO is that version of you who is already living your 30 day end goal intention?

 

To achieve your set intentions you must BECOME that intention.

 

When your frequency alters to align to a certain outcome, you are expanding outside of your current timeline, outside of your current reality.

 

You are becoming a new version of yourself who is in alignment with your desires, who has your desires.

 

What would that version of you who has already embodied your intended 30-day manifestation transformation...

• Choose to do with their time?

• What actions would they take?

• What situations or environments would they avoid?

• How do they speak and treat others?

 How do they speak and treat themselves?

• What energy are they emitting?

• What choices would they make given your circumstances?

• What does their morning or evening routine look like?

 What do they wear? Eat? Watch? Listen to?

 

 

Answer the prompts as descriptive as possible.

 

STEP 6 - Be.

As you move through the next 30 days ask yourself constantly:

• “Does this choice or situation line up with the version of me that has already achieved my intended manifestation?”

• “What would that version of me choose to do in this situation?”

 

To become a new version of yourself you must act, think and BE in new ways or in other words to create new outcomes you are required to make new choices...

When you are doubting your ability to make a new choice that is outside of your current habits and practices, ask yourself the questions in the previous steps to help you stay on path toward embodying your 30 day intention <3

To serve as another reminder: YOU ARE THE PERSON YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR! Create your dream reality by taking the proper actions that are in alignment with that way of being. You are the only one who can do it. I believe in you, I KNOW you can do it.
